It is with great sorrow that I write to inform you that my mom, Janice Pawlisch, passed away on Monday, December 8th.
As many of you are aware, she had been battling illness for quite some time.

My family will be holding a memorial ceremony for her on Saturday, December 13th, from 1:00 – 4:00 PM
at the O’Connor-Leetz Funeral Home located at 364 Division Street in Elgin, IL. (847) 741-1400.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
