| Visitation for Eleanor Kehr, 81, a lifelong resident of Palatine, will be on Friday, December 3, 2010 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Private interment rites will be held on Saturday at Palatine-Hillside Cemetery, Palatine. Eleanor was born November 7, 1929 in Evanston, IL the daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Gibbs) Mair and passed away suddenly after a brief illness on Monday, November 29, 2010 at Centegra Medical Center in McHenry. Prior to retirement Eleanor had worked as an administrative secretary for Palatine School District 211. She was a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood Chapter EP of Palatine. Beloved wife of the late Jack H. Kehr; loving mother of David Kehr and Kathy (Todd) Kehr Fincham; cherished grandmother of Graham Kehr Fincham; dear brother of Ray Mair Sr. and the late William Mair Jr.; fond aunt of Michelle Burris and Ray (Paula) Mair Jr. |
