Leslie Fieldman (1948-2024)
We miss you...



Leslie Ann Fieldman was born on October 1, 1948 to Rodney Robert Confer and Dorothy Pearl Smith Confer at Fort Meade, Maryland. She died on March 19, 2024 at rest in her home in Bartlett, Illinois. Leslie was a long-time member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Schaumburg, where she served as the church secretary. She also worked as a librarian at Hoffman Estates High School for many years. She enjoyed singing in choirs and was a member of the Spirit of Life Choir. She was a gifted baker of cakes and cookies. Leslie was a spiritual, faithful Christian who loved to spread the gospel. She cared deeply for her family and friends attending to others’ needs.
She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Fieldman, her children David (Marnee) Fieldman and Kimberly Kahl (Erin Harper) her sister Claudia (Jeffrey) Pickholtz, her grandchildren Zachary (Ariana), Ashley and Anthony Kahl, Jacob and Andrew Fieldman, and a great grandchild Mila Kahl. She was preceded in death by her brothers Scott (the late Louann) Confer and Mark Confer.
Visitation is from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday, March 22, 2024 at Ahlgrim and Sons Funeral Home, 330 W. Golf Road, Schaumburg, Illinois and 10:30am until the time of a funeral service at 11:00am on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 202 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, Illinois. Internment is at St. Peter Lutheran Church. Memorial contributions may be given to Kirsch/Flett Scholarship Fund.
